History
In 1990, a group of doctors and businessmen from Sonora who shared the vision of having a hospital in the city of Hermosillo, Sonora, met with the purpose of attending the population with highly complex diagnostic and treatment conditions through various medical, surgical, and medical-surgical specialties.

On May 8, 1996, CIMA Hermosillo Hospital opened its doors, offering the community of Northwest Mexico modern and equipped facilities with the most complete medical equipment to provide specialized care at the highest level.

On July 1st of that same year, the first heart surgery was successfully performed, making CIMA Hospital Hermosillo the main medical center specialized in cardiology; today it has the INCOR CIMA Heart Institute, which offers a new concept for the Northwest of the country, with the best facilities and state-of-the-art equipment, not only in Mexico but in all of Latin America.

CIMA Hospital has the most highly trained specialists and state-of-the-art technology necessary to perform procedures with high quality and safety standards, at the level of the most renowned hospitals in countries such as the United States.

Who are we?

During the last 15 years our main goal has been to help people in vulnerable situations to recover their health.

We are a group of 19 volunteers, each one with a specific responsibility to attend all the cases that come to us.


MISSION:

To be the volunteer that provides assistance, to people in vulnerable situations, improving their health and quality of life, through a respectful, empathetic and spiritual service.

VISION:

We will increase by 15% our economic resources to support a greater number of patients with our programs, creating new health care projects.
