  1. The doctor will notify the discharge of the patient in writing and inform the nurse, who will give the patient a document of "Discharge Authorization" for the process of closing the account.
  2. You must request the closure of your account to the Admission and Cashier area located on the Ground Floor. If you wish, you can request it by phone. The account closure takes approximately 30 minutes.
  3. Payment may be made in cash, credit card, cashier's check or certified check. Do not forget to deliver the T.V. remote control and parking card.
  4. The "Discharge Authorization" stamped by the Cashier area must be handed to the nurse. Nursing staff will escort the patient when leaving the Hospital.
  5. Upon departure, the patient will deliver a copy of the "Discharge Authorization" to the security guard.
