The Chief of Education in Hospital CIMA has as its main function to encourage, promote, direct and facilitate the process of "Skills Development" of the members of the Nursing Department, through the implementation of Continuing Educational programs, aimed at increasing the technical skills and behavioral techniques that are necessary to intervene in a well-founded and timely way in the care of the users of the services at CIMA.
